Mlindi Kulashe is from Cape Town, South Africa. He trained at Cape Junior Ballet School and in English National Ballet School. He has performed with Cape Town City Ballet Company and was awarded Bronze Medal at the 2011 Genée International Ballet Competition.

I was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa.
Where did you do your dance training?
I started with the male development programme Saturday classes offered by Cape Town City Ballet which led me to join the Cape Junior Ballet School under Dianne Cheesman. I completed three years of training at English National Ballet School.
When did you join Northern Ballet?
What made you want to be a dancer?
Since a very young age I have always enjoyed performing and entertaining people. I remember creating performances for my family on special occassions and that creativity grew as I did - my passion for dance especially.
Describe your perfect Sunday morning...
My perfect Sunday morning is anything with my Mom and my two younger siblings. It could be having a big breakfast prepared by us altogether, chilling on the couch, watching movies or spending it outdoors. Anything as long as we do it together.
