On 5, 6 and 7 December we asked you to support our Sponsor a Dancer campaign in the Big Give Christmas Challenge – and you didn’t disappoint! We kicked off the Big Give by welcoming dance students from Headingley Ballet School who presented a £125 cheque towards the campaign following a second-hand uniform sale run by the students to raise money. By the end of the Big Give we had achieved £59,053.80 in donations, beating last year’s total by more than £2,000!
The Big Give Christmas Challenge in support of our Sponsor a Dancer campaign has once again been a big success. We raised £59,053.80 over the three day challenge. The total includes £29,229 online donations and gift aid of over £7,000, together with the matched funding. This is a new record for us, beating last year’s total of £57,034.24. A massive thank you to everyone who supported our 2013 BIG GIVE Christmas Campaign.
