As Dracula prepared to return for the first time in five years, we spoke to Senior Wardrobe Manager Mikhaila Pye to find out just what it takes to get our dancers on stage in their Victorian finest...
How soon do you start preparing the wardrobe for the revival of a production?
We start planning the wardrobe for a revival as soon as possible, or as soon as we get the casting for a production. We got the Dracula costumes back from storage before the summer break at the end of June.

Lewis Carroll had six sisters who lived in Guildford and during one of his many visits he wrote the sequel to Alice in Wonderland, Alice Through the Looking Glass. He spent his last year of life in Guildford and is buried on ‘the Mount’.

Our Peter Pan Family Workshop includes a creative dance session where your child can try some basic ballet exercises, learn steps from Northern Ballet's Peter Pan and have fun in a safe and creative environment. The children will then work with their families to create movements inspired by the themes and characters from Peter Pan.
Born in Southampton in 1953, Stephen Warbeck began studying piano and composing at the age of four. His parents were keen amateur musicians who encouraged Stephen to pursue his musical talents. By his mid-teens, Stephen developed an affinity for rock 'n' roll as well as for theatre. He studied Drama and French at Bristol University, and began his career at the Theatre Royal, Stratford East, as a musician and actor.
