now I need a ticket…

Where do I get one?

Your tickets will be posted to you or you can collect them at the theatre Box Office.

Be sure to phone is you have any specific requirements and the friendly staff will be able to help you.

Check your ticket and make sure it's for the right show, day & time.

The person at the Box Office will be able to help you to choose which day to see the show, which seat you would like and how much it will cost.

They can also tell you about any workshops, talks about the production and other events also happening at the theatre.

Go to the theatre foyer…

Buying a programme

There'll be a kiosk where you can buy a programme, sweets or even souvenirs from the show.

Getting a drink

Ask the adult you are with to take you to the kiosk or café to buy a drink.

There may be a clock in the foyer telling you what time the show finishes. You can also ask a member of the theatre staff.

Make sure you go to the toilet before the show starts because it might be a long time before you get the chance to go again.

I'm ready now – what do I do next?

Getting to the auditorium

There should be a lift in the theatre that you can use to get up to the right floor.

Help!

Ask a steward to help. There will be stewards in the foyer and around the theatre.

Where available you can follow the signs around the theatre.

Checking your ticket

A steward will check your ticket and tell you which door to use into the auditorium.

Finding your seat

Check the number on your ticket and match it to the number on the back of the seat…

Now you're ready for the show to begin!
