Terms

1.     The Great Gatsby Raffle tickets can be bought online between 12.00noon Friday 1 March 2013 and 12.00noon Monday 20 May 

2.     Late Entries: Any money received after the closing date will be treated as a donation to Sponsor a Dancer

3.     Participation in The Great Gatsby Raffle costs £2 per ticket there is no limit to the number of entries per person

4.     All participants in The Great Gatsby Raffle must be aged 16 or over. Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 16 years of age and any person found to be under 16 years of age automatically forfeits the right to any prize and will have any monies paid in relation to the lottery returned to them

5.     An equivalent alternative to Champagne will be offered to under 18s

6.     Entry to The Great Gatsby Raffle by Northern Ballet Staff members is prohibited

7.     Profits from The Great Gatsby Raffle go to Sponsor a Dancer (Northern Ballet Registered Charity Number: 259140)

8.     The Great Gatsby Raffle is open to all mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland residents

9.     The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries

10.     The Great Gatsby Raffle draw will take place at 2.00pm Monday 20 May 2013

11.     Winners will be notified by telephone (if provided), or in writing, within 5 working days of the draw

12.     All The Great Gatsby Raffle prizes are kindly donated by Northern Ballet artistic team and partners therefore no cash alternative will be offered

13.     While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of information on the Website, we do not guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the Website. 14.     We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Website at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever

17.     The Great Gatsby Raffle is licensed by Leeds City Council under the Gambling Act 2005
