Kelley has joined us for the second half of our spring season 2015 from Alberta Ballet to perform the role of Pinkerton as we tour Madame Butterfly with Perpetuum Mobile across England. Kelley is from Edmonton, Canada and is celebrating his 13th season with Alberta Ballet where he is a Principal Dancer and with whom he has danced many principal roles.
Dreda Blow
Dreda joined Northern Ballet in 2007. Born in Toronto, Canada she trained at the National Ballet School of Canada and later at the Royal Conservatory, The Hague. Previous companies include: Het Nationale Ballet, Amsterdam. Learn more about Dreda Where were you born and raised? Toronto, Canada. At what age did you start dancing? At age 3.
Javier Torres
From Cuba, Javier trained at the National School of Ballet, Havana, and has performed with Ballet Nacional de Cuba. Javier performs internationally as a guest artist on a regular basis.
Kenneth Tindall
Kenneth returned to the Company in 2003. This season he's looking forward to continuing his choreographic career as well as dancing on tour. 
Hironao Takahashi
Hironao is from Hokkaido, Japan. He trained at the Hisatomi Ballet Studio; the Royal Ballet Upper School and Central School of Ballet, London. He has performed as a guest of Hisatomi Ballet Studio, Cape Town City Ballet, Lausanne Gala in Tokyo and Osaka, Japan. He started dancing with Northern Ballet in 1992.
Pippa Moore
Pippa trained at the Hammond School of Dance, Chester and the Royal Ballet School. Originally from Liverpool, she has danced with Scottish Ballet, Wiener Ballet Theatre and The Royal Ballet and joined Northern Ballet in 1996. Learn more about Pippa Where were you born and raised? Martha Leebolt
Martha is from California and trained at the Black Mountain Dance Center and at BalletMet Columbus. She joined Northern Ballet in 2001. Martha won the 2010 National Dance Award for Outstanding Female Performance (Classical) for her performance as the Marquise De Merteuil in Dangerous Liasons. Learn more about Martha Where were you born and raised? Born in Anahiem, California, raised in San Diego, California. At what age did you start dancing? Tap, jazz, ballet combo classes at the age of three.
Tobias Batley
Tobias was born in Manchester and trained at the Hammond School of Dance and the Royal Ballet School. He danced with Jeune Ballet de Cannes before joining Northern Ballet in 2004 where he has danced every leading role in the repertoire. He was nominated for a National Dance Award in 2010 and 2012.
Hannah Bateman
Hannah is from Surrey and trained at the Susan Robinson School of Ballet and Central School of Ballet. She joined Northern Ballet in 2002 having previously performed with the Israel Ballet. Hannah performed in Kenneth Tindall’s Production Prize winner Project #1 in Hannover and Northern Ballet’s first visit to the Linbury Studio Theatre at the Royal Opera House.
