The Academy of Northern Ballet is celebrating a decade of providing world-class professional ballet training to promising young dancers with the 10th anniversary of its Centre for Advanced Training (CAT) professional programme.
Excerpts from our new ballet for children, Three Little Pigs, featuring dancers Mlindi Kulashe, Teresa Saavedra-Bordes, Mariana Rodrigues, Matthew Topliss and Olivia Holland.
Three Little Pigs begins its run in Leeds in October 2013 before going on tour to venues across England & Scotland in 2014.
Matthew was born in Boston, Lincolnshire but has lived in Yorkshire for the past 11 years. He is a graduate of Northern Ballet Academy CAT scheme and continued his training at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. He joined Northern Ballet in 2012.

I was born in Boston, Lincolnshire. I spent most of my childhood in Grimsby but have lived in West Yorkshire for about 10 years.
