We now have an opening for an Executive Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to provide high level executive support and work closely with the Chief Executive and Artistic Director as we shape the future of the Company. This is a hugely important role as the central point of communication for these leaders and will underpin the effective functioning of the organisation, working in an environment where confidentiality is of paramount importance.
There is also a significant role to play in the proactive management of Board communications. The successful candidate will previously have held a relevant position in an extremely busy, creative environment with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle a number of tasks concurrently.
Salary £23,000 pa – 35 hours per week

Work experience could inspire you to pursue a career in the arts. At Northern Ballet we aspire to offer this opportunity to more young people across Leeds and Yorkshire.
Work experience is for young people of school age (usually in Years 9, 10 and 11) and can take place at any time in the academic year.
It provides you with an opportunity to spend a week at Northern Ballet gaining a broad experience of working in an arts organisation.
The focus of the experience is on the non-performance areas of the company and during the week you will spend time in different departments including; Technical, Communications, Development, Wardrobe, Learning and the Academy.
We are looking for young people who are enthusiastic about the arts and want to learn more about working behind the scenes at a cultural organisation.
