Adult classes
It's never too late to learn to dance and our adult classes, from beginners up to advanced level, are a great way to keep fit and improve posture and flexibility in a social atmosphere.

If you wish to fully grasp the basics of ballet then we recommend that you enrol on one of our 10 week Ballet Courses (highly recommended for complete beginners). This will guide you through the key principles in a relaxed and informative class providing you with a sound knowledge of the basic classical technique, movement vocabulary, coordination and confidence needed to progress on to level 1 of our drop-in classes.
