Andy Waddington

Andy has worked in the live entertainment industry for the past 23 years with previous lighting design credits including work for the Royal Exchange Theatre, English National Ballet School, Janet Fraser, Manchester City Council, Bill Kenwright Ltd and the Royal College of Music.

Andy is currently Technical Director of Northern Ballet, for whom he has previously been Lighting Designer on A Midsummer Night’s Dream, As Time Goes By, I Got Rhythm and the 40th Anniversary Gala. Andy also designed the set for Powerhouse Rhumba and, in collaboration with David Nixon, brought the concept of the Gala to life.
