In Motion
In Motion is a course for wheelchair users which enables you to let your creativity flourish and give you the confidence to move in a way you have never done before.
The course is tailored to people with a physical disability who use a wheelchair, and develops your strength, flexibility and creative expression. Working in a safe and supportive environment you can explore movement both in and out of your chair and be inspired to create your own movement.
