Reporting to the Director of Academy and planning closely with the Associate Director, the Director of Academy Operations will maximise fundraising and recruitment efforts to increase income for the Academy.
The Director of Academy Operations will be responsible for the effective financial management of the Academy, so significant experience of managing budgets is essential, as is experience of leading and managing teams and developing and delivering strategies.
You will also take the lead in advocating for the Academy at a local, national and international level so a detailed understanding of the art form and the ability to communicate this with passion and clarity is essential.
We are looking for somebody with five years professional experience in the arts and culture sector, a thorough knowledge of ballet training and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
