Ballet debut is a cracker

Youngsters from an Altrincham dance school are starring on one of Manchester’s most famous stages.

The 22 young dancers from the Lynda Cardwell Theatre School on Moss Lane are this week performing in The Nutcracker at the Palace Theatre.

They are making their stage debut alongside the professional dancers from Northern Ballet, playing the mice in the wicked Mouse King’s army, as well as the children in the party scene.
