We are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work at our Quarry Hill site in the centre of Leeds.

You will have experience working in an accounts team previously and have a keen eye for detail and strong team ethos. The role will deal with invoice and cashbook processing across our group of companies with greater involvement in the purchase and sales ledger of our trading subsidiary Info Display. You will build up your experience of how we operate to enable you to correctly code and allocate transactions with the confidence to ask questions and the desire to get things right. You will work closely with our Finance Manager and support the wider team as required on other ad hoc duties.

There will be scope to become involved in wider duties as you progress, we are a small team and a willingness to learn and get stuck in will be beneficial. Our landscape is always shifting and you must be flexible and willing to adapt to support our charity.

We strive to offer flexible working, where possible, but it is expected that due to the nature of this role it will primarily be office based. We will follow government guidance with regards to a return to our building and, whilst recruitment will be conducted remotely, the role is likely to commence at our site which is COVID-19 secure.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, exciting organisation and support us promoting ballet across the UK.

  • Contract Part-Time, 3 days per week, 21 hours
  • Salary £20,000 to £23,000, pro-rata
  • Closing date 28 May 2021
  • Interviews will be conducted remotely with flexible days and times offered
