Issac was born in London and trained at the Royal Ballet School. He joined Northern Ballet in 2012 and left in 2016.

Chance to Dance and Royal Ballet School (Junior Associates/Lower School and Upper School)

What made you want to be a dancer?

After watching Romeo & Juliet

What would be your dream role to dance be and why?

Romeo from Macmillan’s Romeo & Juliet.

If you could adapt one work into a ballet what would it be?

James Blake’s self title album or Stan Getz, Astrud Gilberto and João Gilberto’s Girl from Ipanema.

Describe your perfect Sunday morning

Full English breakfast with pancakes, strawberries and Nutella with my girlfriend followed by a walk and a film.

What was the first album you bought and what was the last album you bought?

Last was Plan B's Ill Manors.

What would be your luxury item on a desert island?


What are your favourite places in Yorkshire?

Haven’t explored enough as yet to say but I’m sure it will be a restaurant or something to do with food.
