A couple of weeks ago we celebrated the birthday of a very special lady. Not the Queen (though we do hope you had a lovely 90th birthday Your Majesty!) but Charlotte Brontë, the inspirational author whose most famous novel Jane Eyre is destined to become the newest addition to our repertoire. Born on 21 April 1816, this year is the 200th anniversary of her birth triggering an international celebration of her life, works and all things Brontë.
