Just a few comments from around the web about our performances of The Nutcracker in 2012... (updated 23 Dec 2012)
Really enjoyed @northernballet's Nutcracker at @grandtheatrels1 last night! Though it has given me dangerous ambitions to be a ballerina...
Hello and welcome to my latest blog. This time I have a collection from two of our recent ballets, Swan Lake, which we performed in Bradford, Woking and Aylesbury; and The Nutcracker which we performed in Nottingham, Sheffield, Norwich, Manchester and Leeds. Though an injury to my knee prevented me from doing all of The Nutcracker performances, I was able to pick up my camera a little more and get some shots from the side of stage.
Rachael Gillespie, Michaela Griffin, Josh Barwick and Matthew Broadbent made a flying visit to The Rock shopping centre in Bury, near Manchester, to take part in the unveiling of their Christmas lights before travelling to Manchester to perform in The Nutcracker at the Palace Theatre.
