Take a look into the creation of The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas.

At Northern Ballet we tell compelling stories through dance. Choreographer Daniel de Andrade has adapted the famous John Boyne novel, where an unlikely friendship blossoms against the backdrop of the unthinkable events of World War II.

In addition to the choreographer we hear from dancers Antoinette Brooks-Daw, Matthew Koon and Filippo Di Vilio about their experiences bringing these characters to life.

This video was filmed whilst touring Casanova, and also at our home in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
