We are looking for a Dance Education Apprentice to work in our busy Learning department. The Learning Department work with children, young people and adults with and without additional needs in schools, theatres and community settings, making the work of Northern Ballet accessible to all. You will work within the Learning team to support practical dance workshops in educational and community settings and assist in the organisation and co-ordination of workshops and courses.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, work well in a team, demonstrate a willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for dance. You should have basic ICT skills and dance experience through private dance tuition or professional training.
30 hours per week at the National Minimum Wage
Closing date Wednesday 8th October at 5pm
Interviews and teaching observation will take place in Leeds on Monday 20th October.
