This Black History Month we’ve enjoyed seeing the spotlight shone on the creative talents of black artists across the industry.

Ahead of the London première of our new ballet Wailers next week, we sat down with choreographer and composer Mthuthuzeli November to discuss the meaning behind the piece. 

Inspired by the community and culture of his hometown in South Africa, Wailers is dedicated to the strength and resilience of his mother and grandmother.
