Amy is a Yoga Teacher and Life Coach on a mission to make the world a calmer place.
Her classes provide an opportunity to breathe, to switch off your mind, and to move as much or as little as you want. She keeps her flows uncomplicated and effective with a strong connection to the breath and plenty of options to make your practice feel good for you. She’s a less is more kind of teacher who just wants to you to float out of the studio having had some time to let everything beyond your mat pause for a while.
As a Life Coach she also maintains a less is more approach. In a world where busyness is encouraged and often worn as a badge of honour, she helps clients move away from overworked and overstressed and supports them in reconnected to their own wants and needs, letting go of the 'shoulds', and finding more calm and balance in life.

Hello, I'm Sadie, I am a Polestar Pilates Comprehensive trained Pilates teacher. I teach mat, reformer and all studio equipment.
I have practiced Pilates for 11 years. I began after suffering chronic postnatal pelvic pain. Pilates cured me of that pain and had such a positive impact on my life that I started on the path to help others find the benefits.
I teach a wide range of clients. Helping them in lots of different ways such as: recovery from illness or injury, preparation for pregnancy or birth or improving sports performance.
I love my job as it helps me use my skills as a registered nurse and combine them with the joy of movement.
As advised by our guest practitioner, those in the first trimester of pregnancy would not be suited to participate in our yoga and meditation session.
