These classes are a great way to socialise, keep fit and improve posture and flexibility
Whether you have danced all your life or simply want to try something new, our gentle ballet classes will keep you moving in a social and friendly class.

Over 55s 1
A beginner level class for dancers with some previous experience of beginner ballet vocabulary and steps. This weekly class will build on your understanding of the foundations of the ballet technique with beginner level exercises to start building your balance, strength, and coordination in a friendly online setting.
Over 55s 2
For dancers with experience in ballet and are looking for a slightly more challenging class to further their technique through a gentle progressive class. The weekly sessions will look at balance, strength and coordination furthering your technique and understanding of the ballet principles.

What to wear
Clothing should be loose and comfortable so that you can move easily. No denim please. Dancers should wear ballet shoes or dance bare foot.
