Jacob Marley

Jacob Marley is Scrooge's covetous old business partner. In the opening scene we see Scrooge as the only mourner to attend his funeral. Seven years later, Marley's ghost appears to warn Scrooge of the night ahead.

Bob Cratchit

Scrooge's overworked and underpaid clerk. His family are suffering because of Scrooge's tight-fisted treatment.

Scrooge's Nephew and his Nephew's Wife

Scrooge is miserable and unkind even in the presence of his affable nephew, who still cares for Scrooge despite his cold manner.

The Ghost of Christmas Past

The Ghost of Christmas past takes Scrooge back to relive old memories, showing him what he has lost.

The Ghost of Christmas Present

The Ghost of Christmas Present takes Scrooge to the Cratchit household to witness the love and happiness that Christmas can bring.

The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come shows Scrooge the future he will face if he doesn't change.

Young Scrooge & Belle

Before he loved money, Ebenezer knew happiness in the employ of the Fezziwigs and knew love with Belle. She refused to be his wife because of his obsessive greed.

Mr & Mrs Fezziwig

Mr & Mrs Fezziwig are the cheerful characters from Scrooge's past. Mr Fezziwig was Scrooge's first employer whose generosity was a stark contrast to Scrooge's mean behaviour.

Tiny Tim

The gravely ill son of Bob Cratchit. Bob can't afford to pay for Tiny Tim's treatment. The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come leads Scrooge to the Cratchit family home in the aftermath of Tiny Tim's death showing Scrooge the consequences of his greed.
