We now have an opening for an Executive Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to provide high level executive support and work closely with the Chief Executive and Artistic Director as we shape the future of the company.
This is a hugely important role as the central point of communication for these leaders and will underpin the effective functioning of the organisation, working in an environment where confidentiality is of paramount importance. There is also a significant role to play in the proactive management of Board communications. The successful candidate will previously have held a relevant position in an extremely busy, creative environment with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle a number of tasks concurrently.
Salary £24,000 – £25,000 per annum depending on experience – 35 hours per week

Northern Ballet is looking for a professional, motivated and creative individual to join our highly successful Development Team. Developing our prospect supporter pipelines, you will have primary responsibility for producing proactive and reactive reports identifying new prospects and looking at trends across the arts sector. You will play a central role in this ambitious, bold and creative team with huge plans for further growth in the coming years.

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Learning Manager with at least 5 years of arts management experience to work in our busy learning office where you will enjoy a varied workload. With a passion for ensuring access to dance for all and a love of meticulous planning, you will co-design, implement and evaluate a wide range of dance projects and programmes.
You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, an eye for detail and the ability to support and inspire others.
Salary £25,500 – £27,000 per annum depending on experience – 35 hours per week
