Sketches is back for 2024 with a new line-up of choreographers set to create and innovate in our home studio space. Devised by Federico Bonelli, Northern Ballet’s Artistic Director, Sketches nurtures new talent in dance.
Choreographing this year are six artists from Northern Ballet and Carlos Pons Guerra (DeNada Dance Theatre).
Sketches is dance in its purest form, no lights, no sets, just movement and music, and you’ll also hear directly from the choreographers as they introduce their creations.
Last year's sharing was a sell-out night of new ideas and new voices. Book early so you don't miss out.
Running Time: Estimated 1 hour 10 minutes - 1 hour 20 minutes, subject to change.
One of the pieces in Sketches contains scenes of a suggestive nature, and although there is no direct reference to sexual activity, it may be most suitable for audiences age 12+.
