Cinderella On Stage

Cinderella in rags, drab and looking longingly at an invite
The stepmother, imperiously dressed and in black pointe shoes, point aggressively at Cinderella, who looks meek
Cinderella's step-mother and step sisters in their dresses at the ball
Cinderella leaning back supported at the waist by the smiling Prince
In their shimmering finery, the Prince and Cinderella dance elegantly
Leaping, a step-sister in a chocolate-box dress and wearing garish make-up
The group all in unison dancing at the final ball, in front the Prince and Cinderella
Five male dancers in white and bodies in sync, standing straight up on one foot, one hand on hip, the other arm high in the air
Cinderella waves from her crystal carriage at the crown of beautiful guests
Leaping across the stage, dancers in their tutus, wearing poite shores and looking up
